Returns 
Unfortunately at this time, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges due to stock availability and the small scale of our business. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your order. An item received late, with an incorrect size chosen, with slight color difference, or a change of heart will not be accepted for a refund. Please think carefully before you place an order, and please follow our size chart when ordering garments. 

However, we are more than happy to exchange items if products arrive in defective condition. See our exchange policy below.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email within one week with a photo of your damaged item at hello@dreamiishop.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Shipping 
After you make the payment, please allow 2~5 workdays for fulfillment. We will do our best to get your items as soon as possible though. The shipping time will vary depending on your location. Dreamii is happy to offer complimentary USPS First Class domestic shipping on US orders totaling 60 dollars or more! (Offer excludes Hawaii and Alaska~ sorry!) *Please note that during the holidays or end of the year shipping time may take longer than normal.*

For Garments/Fabric Items
Turn the garment inside out before washing. Hand wash or wash on gentle cycle with cold water only. Lay flat to dry and avoid using dryers. 

For Resin/Pin Items
Spot clean with a damp cloth
